    1. The consumer may return unused goods within 14 days.

  1. Complaints should be directed to the Seller in writing or via e-mail to the Customer Service Office.
  2. In the complaint, the User should provide his name and surname (name), correspondence address and specify the subject of the complaint.
  3. The seller will respond to its content within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
